摘　　要：近年来,我国农民专业合作组织发展迅速,已成为农产品供应链中不可或缺的主体。从微观和宏观两个层面对农民专业合作组织的激励机制进行分析。微观层面,构建合作组织与农户之间的"委托-代理"模型分析合作组织与农户间的互惠效应对产量的影响,引入"柯布-道格拉斯"函数构建农户间的竞争模型分析农户间的竞争效应,研究表明,合作组织和农户间的互惠效应可以提高农产品总产量,并且一个农户努力的边际生产率是另一个农户努力的递增函数,而最大化努力程度又决定于农户间的相对重要性。宏观层面,应用新制度经济学理论分析合作组织制度,理论分析表明,风险小和交易费用低是团结合作组织成员的关键。从多层面有力论证了农民专业合作组织的稳定性和合理性,丰富了农民专业合作组织的理论研究。In recent years, the farmer professional cooperative organization in our country has developed rapidly ; it has be- come an indispensable subject in the supply chain of agricultural products. The paper, from micro and macro level, analy- zes the farmer professional cooperative organization incentive mechanism. In microscopic level, the paper builds the princi- pal - agent model between the cooperation organization and farmers to analyze the mutual effect to the yield ; it introduce the Cobb -douglas function to build the competition model to analyze the competition effect between farmers. Studies show that the mutual effect between the cooperation organization and farmers can improve agricultural production; and the marginal productivity of a farmer＇ s effort is an increasing function of the other＇ s effort, and maximum degree of efforts depends on the relative importance between farmers. In the macroscopic level, the paper applies the new system economics to analyze the system of the cooperation organization. The theoretical analysis shows that, the small risk and low transaction cost is the key to unite the members among the organization. The paper proves the stability and rationality of the farmer professional cooperative organization powerfully from multiple levels and riches the theory research of the farmer professional cooperative organization.
