摘  要:通过测定不同改良年限盐渍土腐殖质的变化及过氧化氢酶、脲酶的活性,研究生物有机肥对盐渍土的改良效果。结果表明,生物有机肥均可以提高土壤过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性,且连续多年施用生物有机肥地块的改良效果优于开垦1年地块,其中以全量有机肥提高幅度最为明显,分别为8.85%,16.57%。腐殖质及其各组分的含量在生物有机肥的处理下均提高。改良多年的盐渍土,HA/FA、E4/E6比值同时提高,说明生物有机肥不仅可改善土壤腐殖质的腐殖化程度,还可提高其活性。A field experiment was conducted to study t the measurement of the activity of catalase, urease a could enhance the activity of catalase and urease, and yearly was superior to one-year application. Then the he effects of bio-organic fertilizer on the saline soil with nd the humus. The application of bio-organic fertilizer the improvement effect of applying bio-organic fertilizer best treatment was the total amount bio-organic fertilizer, the increasing ranges were 8. 85%, 16. 57%. The application of bio-organic fertilizer could increase the content of humus compositions. The ratios of HA/FA, E4/E6 were both higher, it showed that bio-organic fertilizer could improve the structure and increase the activity of humus, ameliorate the soil fertility.
