空肠鼻饲行气活血中药对胆石性胰腺炎患者T管引流术后胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探索空肠鼻饲行气活血中药对胆石性胰腺炎患者行胆囊切除、胆总管切开取石、T管引流术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将54例胆石性胰腺炎T管引流术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各27例。治疗组鼻饲行气活血中药,对照组鼻饲0.9%氯化钠注射液,治疗时间均为3天。结果治疗组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均明显短于对照组。结论空肠鼻饲行气活血中药对胆石性胰腺炎T管引流术后患者的胃肠功能恢复有一定的促进作用,正确的护理有助于保障术后早期肠内给药及营养,对患者康复有重要意义。Objective To study of nasal feeding with traditional Chinese medicine to gastrointestinal function of gallstone pancreatitis patients after cholecystectomy, choledocholithotomy and T tube drainage. Methods 54 patients with T-tube drainage were randomly divided into treatment group （n=27） and control group （n= 27）. The treatment group was given nasal feeding with Xingqihuoxue traditional Chinese medicine. The control group was given nasal feeding with physiological saline. They were both treated for 3 days. Results The recovery time of bowel sound, anal exhaust time for the first time, the first defecation time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group. Conclusion Nasal feeding traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after T-tube drainage. Proper nursing is helpful to the early postoperative intestinal protection for medicine and nutrition, and have important significance to the rehabilitation of patients.
