用一次性宫腔组织吸引管行人流术120例观察

摘　　要：目的与传统的金属器械比较，探讨一次性使用宫腔组织吸引管套装用于人工流产的临床应用效果。方法将240例自愿行人工流产的早孕妇女随机分为两组，对照组120例使用传统的金属人工流产器械，实验组120例使用一次性宫腔组织吸引管套装进行流产术，观察两组宫颈扩张情况、与人工流产综合征有关的副作用、出血情况、5分钟自动离床率及成功率。结果宫颈扩张情况、术中疼痛情况、手术时间比较，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；实验组在与人工流产综合征有关的副作用发生率（18．3％）少于对照组（48．3％），差异有统计学意义（X^2=23．98，P〈0．05）；实验组术中出血量为（10．35±4．56）mL，小于对照组术中出血量（12．45±5．90）mL，差异有统计学意义（t=3．09，P〈0．05）；实验组5分钟自动离床率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．85，P〈0．05）。结论使用一次性宫腔组织吸引管套装用于人工流产操作简单、创伤小、出血少、可避免交叉感染，具有经济、安全、有效等特点，适合门诊手术应用，值得临床推广，尤其是基层计划生育部分应该大力推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of disposable tissue suction tube set for induced abortion and make comparison with traditional metal instruments. Methods A total of 240 cases of voluntary abortion at early pregnancy were randomly divided into 2 equal groups. The patients in control group used conventional metal induced abortion equipment, and the patients in experimental group used disposable tissue suction tubes for abortion. The cervical dilation, induced abortion syndrome, bleeding, automatically getting up rate in 5 minutes and successful rate were observed. Results There were no significant differences between two groups in cervical dilation, intra-operative pain and operation time （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the experimental group had lower incidence of side effects related with induced abortion syndrome （ 18.3% vs 48.3% ） , and the difference was significant （X^2 = 23.98, P 〈 0.05）. The intro- operative bleeding volume in the experimental group （10.35 ±4.56mL） was less than that in the control group （12.45 ±5.90 mL） , and the difference was also significant （X^2 = 3.09 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of getting up in 5 minutes was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group （X^2 = 4.85, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The disposable tissue suction tube set for induced abortion has the advantages of simple operation, mild trauma, little bleeding, and avoiding cross infection. It is economic, safe and efficient. This set of disposable tissue suction tubes is worth of applying in outpatient department surgery and promoting, especially for the patients in remote poverty-stricken areas for family planning.
