摘  要:目的探讨4 694例宫颈分泌物解脲支原体(Uu)与人型支原体(Mh)检出率及药敏情况。方法采用法国生物梅里埃IST2支原体鉴定及药敏试剂盒对2010年1月至2012年12月在玉环县人民医院妇科门诊就诊的4 694例疑似支原体感染患者宫颈分泌物进行Uu、Mh鉴定及药敏试验,统计其检出率及药敏情况。结果支原体阳性2 755例,总检出率为58.69%;其中Uu阳性2 163例,检出率为46.08%;Mh阳性53例,检出率为1.13%;Uu合并Mh阳性539例,检出率为11.48%。Uu检出率高于Mh或Uu合并Mh。药敏结果显示:Uu敏感率最高的抗菌药为原始霉素,耐药率最高的抗菌药为环丙沙星;Mh敏感率最高的抗菌药为原始霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素,耐药率最高的抗菌药为克拉霉素;Uu合并Mh敏感率最高的抗菌药为强力霉素,耐药率最高的抗菌药为环丙沙星。结论支原体检出率较高,主要以Uu为主;Uu和Mh对多种抗菌药的耐药现象已普遍存在,药敏试验能为临床治疗宫颈分泌物Uu和Mh感染合理用药提供理论依据。Objective To explore the detection rate and drug susceptibility of ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in cervical secretions of 4 694 cases. Methods IST2 reagent kit produced by French BioMericux was used to identify Uu and Mh and conduct drug susceptibility test for cervical secretions in 4 694 suspected patients visiting gynecology clinic from January 2010 to December 2012. Results There were 2 755 cases (58.69%) of Mycoplasma infection, including 2 163 cases (46.08%) of Uu infection, 53 cases ( 1.13% ) of Mh infection, and 539 cases ( 11.48% ) of Uu + Mh infection. Detection rate of Uu was much higher than that of Mh or Uu + Mh. The results of drug susceptibility test showed that Uu was most sensitive to pristinamycin and most resistant to ciprofloxacin, Mh was most sensitive to pristinamycin, josamycin and doxycycline and most resistant to clarithromycin, and Uu + Mh was most sensitive to doxycycline and most resistant to ciprofloxacin. Conclusion Detection rate of mycoplasma is high, and Uu is the major pathogen. Drug resistance of Uu and Mh for many kinds of antibacterial is widespread. Drug susceptibility test can provide theoretical basis for rational use of drugs for clinical treatment of Uu and Mh infection.
