腹腔镜回直肠吻合分流术治疗66例中老年妇女SCT的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜回直肠吻合分流术治疗中老年妇女结肠慢传输型便秘(STC)患者的疗效。方法 66例中老年妇女STC患者行腹腔镜回直肠吻合分流术,并评价患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症等情况,比较其手术前后生活质量评分。结果 66例患者手术时间(75.6±15.9)min;术中出血量≤35mL;术后肛门首次排气及排便时间分别为(1.45±0.56)d及(1.96±0.78)d;住院时间(8.24±2.15)d,术后并发症发生率为6.06%,治疗总有效率为93.94%;生活质量评分治疗前(82.61±22.96)与治疗后(58.50±15.76)相比,差异具有统计学意义(t=21.38,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜回直肠吻合分流术治疗中老年妇女STC患者疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic rectal anastomosis bypass surgery in treatment of 66 old women with slow transit constipation （STC）. Methods Sixty-six old women with STC were treated with laparoscopic rectal anastomosis bypass surgery. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount and postoperative complications were analyzed, and quality of life （QOL） scores were compared before and after surgery. Results The operation time was 75.6 ± 15.9 min with blood loss ≤35mL. First anal exhaust and defecation was 1.45 ± 0.56d and 1.96 ± 0.78d, respectively. The hospitalization stay was 8.24 ± 2.15 d. The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.06% , and total effective rate was 93.94%. QOL score before and after treatment was 82.61 ± 22.96 and 58.50 ± 15.76, respectively, and there was statistical difference （t = 21.38, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic rectal anastomosis bypass surgery has significant effect on old women patients with STC, and it should be widely applied.
