儿童电子书服务平台使用因素探讨

摘　　要：探究影响学龄儿童使用电子书服务平台因素。以放声思考法对学龄儿童进行电子书服务平台使用因素定性数据搜集。结果发现影响学龄儿童电子书服务平台的使用因素有:响应性、稳定性、系统设计、操作接口设计、电子书设计、认知个人化、内容相关性、充足性、使用习惯、知觉感受、分享性、家长规范、设备质量。The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors in school-aged children＇ s using the e-book platform. We adopts the method of ＂Think aloud＂ to gather the qualitative data from subjects. The factors in e-book platform using were as following： response, stability, system design, interface design, the design of e-book, perceived personalization, contents relevance, adequacy, using habit, perception, sharing, patriarchal norm, and the quality of equipment.
