摘　　要：综合类教辅报纸行业存在的主要问题有:监管缺位,同质化严重,质量低劣,恶意竞争,经营有失诚信等。为避免这些问题,有的综合类教辅报社可实行区域发展战略,以《报纸出版可行性论证报告》为指导,在办报体制机制、发展目标、核心团队遴选、发展规划、内容定位、市场营销策略等方面作出努力,用一定时间在特定区域内出版发行优质教辅产品,树立品牌形象,建立自己的根据地,走集约型经营路线。The main problems existing in comprehensive supplementary newspaper are lack of supervision, serious homogenization, poor quality, malicious competition, loss of honesty. To avoid these problems, some comprehensive supplementary newspapers could be run by the strategy of regional development, and we should make effort in the running mechanism, development goals, core team, content, marketing, and so on. And then, with a certain time in a specific region, we can distribute high quality products, establish a brand and our own base, lay a good foundation for the future development.
