摘  要:技术创新速度的加快、全球竞争与企业多元化战略使原本基于零和博弈的组织间竞争关系正逐步被基于非零和博弈的组织间合作竞争关系所取代,获取整合更多的外部战略资源已成为出版集团提升竞争力的重要策略之一。本文分析了目前我国出版集团战略联盟及其资源组合的几种主要类型,指出我国出版集团可以通过构建跨国、跨地域、跨行业、跨所有制战略联盟四条路径解决外部资源整合问题,从而弥补存在的战略资源缺口,进一步提升我国出版集团的综合竞争力。Accelerating technical innovation, global competition and diversified enterprise strategies make the inter-organization competitive relationship based on zero-sum game gradually replaced by the inter-organization cooperating competitive relationship based on non-zero-sum game. Obtainment of more external strategic resources has become one of the important strategies for publishing groups to improve competitive force. The article analyzes several main present categories of publishing-group strategic alliances in China and their resource composition and points out that the publishing groups in China can solve the integration problems of external resources through establishing four routes, including constructing transn-ational, trans-regional, trans-industrial and trans-ownership strategic alliances so as to make up the shortage of strategic resources and to further improve the comprehensive competitive power of publishing groups in China.
