摘　　要：我国的稀土生产在国际上具有一定的资源优势,但是生产领域的混乱状况导致目前我国稀土产业在国际竞争领域的落后状况,造成这一现象的主要原因在于稀土技术水平不高,如何加强稀土生产领域的管控,提高技术水平,进而达到正常的稀土生产利润水平,通过博弈分析研究稀土生产领域的竞争情况,为政府制定对稀土的管理政策提供支持.China＇s rare earth production has been certain resources advantages in the world,but the production led to the current turmoil in international competition,China＇s rare earth industry in the backward state of the field,the main reason for this phenomenon is that rare technical level is not high,how to strengthen the rare earth production areas of management and control,improve the technical level,and thus achieve a normal profit levels of rare earth production,the paper analyzed the game of competition in the field of rare earth production for the government to develop policies for the management of rare earths to provide support.
