摘 要:将高纯KTP晶体置于一温控炉内 ,利用温度调谐 ,在一声光调Q ,直腔式Nd∶YAG激光器中获得了高功率、高效率倍频绿光输出。最高倍频绿光输出功率超过 38W ,倍频光输出功率的转换效率大于 0 91% ,不稳定度为± 2 3 %。高纯KTP与一般KTP相比 ,倍频效率提高了 18 8%。The high power and the high efficiency green laser output was obtained in an AOQ switch straight cavity Nd∶YAG laser. The high pure KTP was placed in a temperature controlling stove and tuned by the temperature. The highest green laser output power was more than 38W. The conversion efficiency of the input electric power to the green laser output power was 0.91%. The unstable degree was ±2.3%. The frequency doubling efficiency for the high pure KTP was improved by 18.8% compared with that for the conventional KTP.
