摘　　要：猪传染性胃肠炎是一种由冠状病毒引起的以仔猪呕吐、腹泻和脱水为特征的传染病,对养猪业造成了巨大的损失.研究猪传染性胃肠炎的诊断与检测方法对防控该病的暴发和传播有重要意义.文章综述了近年来TGE诊断技术取得的研究进展.Porcine transmissible gastroenteritis （TGE） is an infectious disease caused by the porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus （TGEV） with the typical symptoms of piglets vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration, causing the huge losses in the pig production. Rapid diagnosis and detection of porcine transmissible gastroenteritis is very important in the prevention and control of this disease. This paper reviewed the research progress in TGE diagnosis technology during the recent years.
