摘 要:我国具有丰富的可再生能源资源,近年来,我国可再生能源装机规模不断提高,可再生能源发电量不断增长,与此同时,我国可再生能源发电也不断面临着新的挑战。在系统介绍我国可再生能源发电发展现状的基础上,分析可再生能源发电及其并网发展的特殊性。通过分析可再生能源并网保障机制中的行为主体之间的关系及其系统行为作用机理,建立可再生能源并网保障系统动力学评估体系,在并网保障机制不同情景下模拟各行为主体的系统行为,提出促进我国可再生能源并网发电规模化发展的技术、政策、经济层面的措施、建议,以期为我国可再生能源并网发电的研究和发展提供参考和帮助。As renewable energy resources are abundant, the installed capacity of renewable energy in China has been rising continuously. Renewable energy power generation in China is also facing new challenges while power generation has been increasing. This paper introduced the current development situation of renewable energy power generation and analyzed the particularity of renewable energy grid connected. In addition, system dynamics evaluation system for renewable energy grid connected security was established, through the analysis on the relationship of behavior subject and the action mechanism of system behavior in the security mechanism of renewable energy grid connected. Then, the system behavior of each subject was simulated under different scenarios in grid connection security mechanism. Finally, technology, policy and economic measures were suggested to improve the scale development of renewable energy grid connection in China, and provide reference and help for its research in China.
