摘 要:分布式电源接入配电网对其潮流分布、有功网损、电压稳定等多方面造成影响。建立以分布式电源有功网损、电压稳定性指标和投资成本最小为目标的配电网多目标优化模型。提出了改进的带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ,NSGA2),将改进单亲遗传算法移植到NSGA2,对非劣分层算子进行改进,缩短算法计算时间,最后通过IEEE33节点算例分析,结果表明该模型可以在投资成本、有功网损、电压稳定性方面,较为全面地优化配电网分布式电源的配置。Distributed generation connecting to the distribution network has an impact on the distribution of power flow, the active power loss, the voltage stability and other aspects. A multi-objective model of distribution network with the active power loss, the voltage stability indicator and the investment cost was built. This paper put forward improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA2), combined improved partheno-genetic algorithm (PGA) with NSGA2, improved the non-dominated sorting and shortened the algorithm' s calculation time. Finally, according to the case of IEEE33, it is showed that the model can comprehensively optimize the distributed generation configuration of distribution network in the aspects of investment cost, active power loss and voltage stability.
