摘 要:光伏电站组件布置面积大,直流侧汇流级数多,直流汇流电缆数量庞大,造价占比较高,光伏电站建成后直流汇流电缆损耗所造成的电站效益损失大,故在直流侧汇流电缆截面选择时,应注重经济截面的选择。目前相关规范、规程或设计手册上的经济电流密度曲线均适用于交流电缆,不适应光伏电站直流侧汇流电缆经济截面的选择。结合光伏发电的特点,提出了基于GB 50217附录B的光伏电站直流汇流电缆经济电流密度的计算方法。在此基础上,结合现有规范,给出了直流汇流电缆的综合选型方法。The component layout area of PV power station is large, the DC-side bus series is more, the number of DC bus cables is large, the cost of the DC bus cables is a large proportion to the PV power station, and the efficiency loss of power plant caused by the DC bus cable loss is high after the completion of PV power station, therefore, it should focus on the selection of economic section in the cross-section selection of DC bus cable. At present, the economic current density curves in the relevant electrical rule or code are suitable for AC cables but can not be used in the economic section of DC bus cables. Combined with the characteristic of PV power station, this paper put forward the calculation method for the economic current density of DC bus cables in PV power station based on the appendix B of GB 50217. On this basis, the comprehensive selection method of DC bus cables was presented based on the existing codes.
