摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市男男性行为人群(MSM)的性行为状况,艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染分布特征及其影响因素。方法通过场所和网络招募,对MSM进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果 2011年9月至2012年8月,共调查MSM 1 153人。近6个月均与同性有肛交行为,与同性发生商业性行为的比例为6.2%;与异性发生性行为的比例10.8%,三种性行为中每次使用安全套的比例分别为27.7%、36.1%和28.8%。HIV感染率为10.8%。多因素分析表明,年龄越大、肛交频次高、吸毒是HIV感染的危险因素。与文化程度为初小组比较,大专及以上组感染HIV风险降低(P<0.05)。结论无保护性行为在MSM中普遍存在,而该人群在HIV传播中的作用不容忽视,低龄低文化程度的MSM是干预工作的重点,少数民族和注射吸毒的MSM是干预工作的难点。Objective To investigate characteristics and influence factors of Human immunodeficiency virus （HIV）infection among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Urumqi. Methods The survey and serological tests were conducted in MSM by methods of site recruitment and network recruitment from September 2011 to August 2012. Results The survey enrolled 1153 MSM from September 2011 to August 2012. In the past 6 months, all subjects had anal sex, 6.2% had commercial sex, and 10.8% had heterosexual sex. The ratio of condom use in the 3 sexual behaviors was 27.7%, 36.1% and 28.8%, respectively. The rate of HIV infection was 10.8%. Multivariate logistic regrssion analysis showed that age, high frequency of anal sex and drug use were risk factors of HIV infection. Relative risk of HIV infection among MSM with higher education was lower than that with low education （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Unprotected sex behaviors are prevalent among MSM. The role of MSM transmitting HIV to genral population can not be ignored. Young and low education MSM are key points of intervention. Minori ties and injecting drugers among MSM are difficult points of intervention.
