新型轻型低位放顶煤液压支架的研制

摘　　要：针对目前用于厚煤层、工作面较短及边角煤的综放开采中现有支架存在的问题和困难 ,研制出新型轻型低位放顶煤液压支架。该支架采用椅背形底座与掩护梁单铰接 ,双作用后立柱 ,掩护梁顶面呈两个倾角等独特结构 ,具有重量轻 ,结构合理 ,支护效果稳定可靠等特点 ,应用前景广阔。This paper counter in thick coal seam,shorter workface and fully-mechanized mining feftover bits and pieces aoal at present,support exists problem and clifficult,devecoping out new light-low caving hyclraulic support.This support is articulafed with the back of chair base and covering roof,interaction becomes pillar,top face of covering roof appears two dip angle,there are mahy characteriestics of light.Strucfure rafionalization,and support sfabilizationand reliability,prospect of application is wide.
