摘　　要：分析采用金属模具生产液力耦合器的有关工艺特点 ,对影响铸件产品质量和成品率的关键工序 ,提出相应控制要求 ,并详细介绍了铝合金铸件生产的工艺规程和工艺内容 ,同时分析金属型铸造常见缺陷及产生原因。This paper introduce technology characteristics of making hydraulic coupeing with metal model and raises demands of control to effect quality of casting product and key process of end productivity,it describes in detail product technology process and content of aluminium alloy casting besides,it analyse common drawback and occuring cause of metal casting.
