摘  要:采用模压烧结工艺制备不同质量分数的碳纤维、聚苯硫醚和二硫化钼填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封材料,并对其维氏硬度、压缩回弹性能和蠕变松弛性能等进行系统研究。结果表明,与国内某型号的碱性水电解PTFE密封垫片性能相比,本文的改性PTFE密封材料维氏硬度较大,压缩率略低,回弹率较高,蠕变松弛率均较低,可以较好地满足碱性水电解密封的技术指标要求。其中,质量分数15%的碳纤维和5%的聚苯硫醚以及5%的二硫化钼填充增强PTFE密封材料的综合性能最好。The Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing composites filled with carbon fiber, PPS and MoS2 at various mass fractions were prepared by moulding in ordinary temperature then through high heat sintering,then the vickers hardness, compressibility recovery performance and creep relaxation properties of the sealing composites were systematically researched. The results showed that the sealing composites of this paper possessed the larger vickers hardness, slightly lower compression rate, slightly higher recovery rate, and the lower creep and relaxation rates compared with the domestic PTFE non-asbestos spacer in the alkaline water electrolysis, which could better meet requirements of technical index of alkaline water electrolysis sealing. Additionally, the composite filled with 15% carbon fiber, 5% PPS and 5% MoS2 possessed the best properties.
