络石藤三萜总皂苷对小鼠镇静催眠作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究络石藤三萜总皂苷对小鼠的镇静催眠作用。方法昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为5组。通过小鼠自主活动次数的实验、小鼠戊巴比妥钠催眠作用的实验和小鼠戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠量作用的实验,分别观察小鼠自主活动、入睡潜伏期及翻正反射消失持续时间。结果络石藤三萜总皂苷能减少小鼠自主活动,缩短睡眠潜伏期,延长翻正反射消失持续时间。结论络石藤三萜总皂苷对小鼠有一定程度的镇静催眠作用。Objective To study the sedative and hypnotic effect of total triterpenoid saponins of Trachelo- spermi Coulis et Folium in mice. Methods 50 male mice were selected and divided randomly into 5 groups. Inde- pendent activities and time of sleep were determined respectively in mice through experiments on independent activ- ities of mice and on enhancement of hyponic effect of pentobarbital sodium. Rusults Total triterpenoid saponins de- creased the activity of nice and extended the sleep time of pentobarbital sodium in mice. Conclusion Total triterpe- noid saponins of Trachelospermi Coulis et Folium in mice have sedative and hypnotic effect on mice.
