摘　　要：目的从不同角度对中药骨碎补及其混淆品进行鉴别,从而为该药的质量控制及临床用药选择提供参考。方法从药品的表观性状、显微鉴别及HPLC法测定有效成分柚皮苷含量3个方面对骨碎补及其混淆品进行综合分析及鉴别。结果正品骨碎补及其混淆品在表观性状、显微鉴别及有效成分柚皮苷含量3个方面均有较显著的差异。结论实际工作中应加强该药材的质量监管,以水龙骨科植物槲蕨作为骨碎补的正品入药。Objective To provide reference for quality control of drynariae rhizome and for clinical medica- tion by distinguishing Drynaria rhizome from its adulterants from different perspectives. Methods Drynaria rhizome and its adulterants were systematically analyzed before identification was made concerning pharmaceutical proper- ties, microscopic identification and effective naringin content tested using HPLC. Results The distinction between genuine drynaria and its adulterants was obvious. Conclusion Quality supervision over this medicine should be strengthened and drynaria fortunei should be used as the main ingredient of this medicine
