摘　　要：目的分析军队老年患者门诊用药现状,探索用药规律,完善服务保障监管措施。方法提取HIS系统中2013年3月门诊就诊患者处方信息,进行分类汇总与分析。结果军队老年患者门诊用药品种多,一次门诊51.85%的患者用药品种数在4种以上,药品费用高,月人均药品消耗900元,其中循环系统用药量位居首位,占51.15%。结论军队老年患者门诊用药呈现出自身特点,对于存在的不合理用药现象,通过加强与基层卫生机构沟通,规范医疗行为,并利用信息化手段加以监管。Objective This paper aims to analyse the current use of drugs among elder veterans and to explore the pattern of drug use in order to perfect service safety regulations. Methods The information on prescriptions for out- patients in March 2013 was retrieved from HIS system,categorized and analyzed. Results The aged veterans used a variety of medicines. More than four types of medicines were consumed by 51.85% of the patients during each visit to an outpatient department on average. Besides,the cost of medicine was high. A monthly cost of medicine was 900 yuan RMB. Medicines for the circulatory system ranked first, accounting for 51.15% of the medicines consumed. Conclu- sion There exists irrational use of medicine. Therefore, we should strengthen the management of grass-roots health facilities, standardize medical behavior and utilize information technology to enhance supervision.
