摘　　要：系统梳理了美国环境规划的产生和发展历程,分析了美国环境规划存在的关键问题,同时总结出了美国环境规划在法律保障、规划实施、评估机制、公众参与等方面值得借鉴的经验,为完善我国的环境规划制度、促进我国环境规划的发展提出了建议。T his article systematically review s the generation and development process of the U .S .environmen-tal planning ,and analyzesits key problems .At the same time ,itsums up the experience of the U .S .environ-mental planning in the legal protection ,implementation safeguard ,evaluation mechanism ,public participation etc .,in order to improve environmental planning systemand put forwardsuggestions for the development of China＇s environmental planning .
