摘　　要：指出了当前许多旅行社在经营管理上存在的一些严重问题,如果得不到妥善解决,旅行社的生存和发展都会受到影响。以秦皇岛海燕国际旅行社为例,并结合管理学的相关理论,分析了研究背景,介绍了海燕旅行社的现状,从企业制度不合理,人才素质低等几个方面探讨了经营管理中存在问题的原因,并提出了可行性解决措施。The tourism development is rapid in our country ,the travel agency grow s day by day ,increasingly fierce competition .But now many of the travel agency there are still some serious problems in the operation and management ,if not properly solved ,the survival and development of the travel agency will be affected . Taking qinhuangdao haiyan international travel agency as an example ,and combined with the related theories of management ,firstly analyzes the research background ,and then introduces the status of haiyan travel a-gency ,and then from the enterprise system is not reasonable ,low talent quality of several aspects analyzes the problems existing in the operation and management ,and puts forward feasible solutions for problems .
