省级经济开发区土地利用集约度评价——以重庆市西永微电子产业园为例

摘　　要：应用专家咨询法计算了评价指标的权重值,专家咨询法和目标逼近法确定了指标理想值,然后结合各指标的实际值计算了指标的标准化值,最后采用指数加权求和法计算得出了综合得分,据此对重庆市西永微电子产业园的土地集约利用进行了测算,得出了园区土地集约度分值得分为91.18,指出了土地集约度较高,但是存在工业用地率低,建成投产的周期慢的情况,制约了园区的发展。此外,园区的扩展潜力较大,因此应该注意加大园区的外延式扩展潜力,提高用地结构,提高投入产出比,提高工业用地效益。This article calculates weight values of evaluation index by using Delphi method, calculates the ideal values of evaluation index bycombiningDelphi method with thetarget approximation method,and then determines, the standardized value of the overall index byusing the original value of each index,and finally obtains the composite scoreby using index weighted summation method. Based on the analysis, this article measures the the score of land use intensive degree of West Wing Microelectronics Industrial Park in Chongqing and obtains the result as 91.18. The result shows the intensive level of this area＇s land useis high,but the industrial land use rate is low and the built--operating cycle is slow,which restricts the development of the park. In addition,the park has large potential for expansion, so it shouldincreasee the potential for epitaxialexpansionof the park and improve the land structure, input--output ratio and the effectiveness of industrial land use.
