摘　　要：目前,中俄劳务合作处于合作规模较小,合作领域狭窄的现状。借助劳动力国际流动模型分析中俄劳务合作的理论可行性和对两国产生的影响,结论显示,中俄两国劳务市场具有很强的互补性,具备劳务合作的良好基础,但也存在俄方政策多变,缺乏制度保障,中方人员技术水平较低等制约因素,对此提出逐步完善两国政府协调机制,加强更宽领域劳务合作等对策建议。At present,the Sino-Russian cooperation is in small-scale and in the narrow field.With international mobility model of labor to analyze the theory feasibility and its impact of sino-Russian labor cooptration,the conclusions show that Chi-na and Russia in the labor market have highly complementary,have a good basis for cooperation.But there are also problems such as Russian policy offen changes,the lack of system security,low technical level of Chinese personnel constraints.Puting forward suggestions,gradually improve the coordination mechanism between the two governments to strengthen cooperation in wider fields of labor suggestions.
