某军队中心医院医务人员吸烟与被动吸烟现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查某军队中心医院医务人员吸烟与被动吸烟现状,为军队建立无烟医院、制定控烟策略和措施提供依据。方法参照有关资料设计调查问卷,对某军队中心医院1009名医务人员吸烟与被动吸烟情况进行调查。结果医务人员吸烟率为10.6%(包括已戒烟15名);戒烟率为14.0%;不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、身份和岗位的医务人员现在吸烟率之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);26.9%的非吸烟人员每周至少有1 d在工作场所被动吸烟。在对吸烟与被动吸烟危害的认识上,90.8%的人认为吸烟有害健康,91.2%的人认为被动吸烟对健康危害较大,93.8%的人认为医务人员应该成为不吸烟的榜样。结论军队医院男性医务人员吸烟状况较常见,主动戒烟比例不高,需要加强对医务人员控烟知识和技能的教育与培训,才能有力推动军队的控烟工作。Objective To investigate the present status of smoking and passive smoking in military hos- pital medical staff,thus to provide the basis for working out smoking control strategies and measures for establishing non-smoking military hospitals in the future. Methods A total of 1009 medical staff in a military central hospital were investigated with self-made questionnaires in Aug,2012. Results The smoking rate of that hospital was 10.6% （ 107/ 1009 ,including 15 medical staff who had given up smoking） ; the rate of giving up smoking was 14.0% ; there were significant differences （P〈0. 05） in smoking rate between different gender, age, educational level, professional title, identity,and post. 26.9% of the non-smokers were exposed to smoking in at least one day per week. 90.8% of the staff considered that smoking is hazardous to health,91.2% that passive smoking is also hazardous to health ,and 93.8% of them believed that the hospital staff should set a good example of no smoking to the others. Conclusion In the mili- tary central hospital,smoking is common among medical staff, and the rate of voluntarily giving up smoking is not high;therefore it is necessary to strengthen the smoking control education and training thus to promote the smoking control within the military.
