摘 要:利用Haake流变仪,以氯化聚烯烃(氯化聚乙烯CPE、氯化聚丙烯CPP)为大分子改性剂,与聚丙烯(PP)进行熔融复合,并加入三氧化二锑(AO)作为阻燃协效剂,得到一系列不同组成的聚合物复合材料。测试结果表明,CPP对CPE具有增容作用,两者的引入不但可同时提高复合材料的拉伸强度与冲击强度,而且也显著提高了复合材料的阻燃性能。在氯化聚烯烃含量为20%时,CPP/CPE质量比为1/9时复合材料的拉伸强度比纯PP增加了40%,CPP/CPE质量比为9/1时复合材料的冲击强度比纯PP增加了165%,氧指数比纯PP增加了41%,水平燃烧达到FH-1级。PP was modified with maeromolecular modifier of CPE and CPP, in addition with antimony trioxide (AO) as a flame retardant synergist and prepared by the melt-mixing method with Haake rheometer; a series of polymer composites with different compositions was prepared. The results indicated that CPP had excellent compatibility with CPE. The tensile strength and impact strength of the modified PP were increased as well as its flame retardance. When the chlorinated polyolefin accounted for 20 wt% , CPP/CPE = 1/9, the tensile strength of the composites was increased by 40% than that of pure PP. While CPP/CPE = 9/1, the impact strength got 165% more than the pure PP and the oxygen index was boosted by 41%, the horizontal burning reaches FH-1 rating.
