摘 要:研究了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂中的组分性质包括橡胶含量、苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)树脂摩尔质量和耐热剂组分对电镀结合力的影响,发现橡胶含量对镀层结合力影响显著.建议电镀级ABS树脂的橡胶含量在16%~21%;低摩尔质量SAN组分的引入使ABS树脂的化学刻蚀更严重,基材表面形成大而规则的凹坑,导致塑材与金属镀层之间的铆合作用减弱,电镀结合力下降;而难以刻蚀的高刚性、高摩尔质量的耐热组分引入ABS树脂亦使其电镀结合力明显下降.The effect of composition properties such as the concentration of rubber, the molecular weight of SAN and the introduction of the heat resistance agent on the plating adhesive strength of acrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin was systematically investigated. It was found that the rubber concentration had a big impact on the plating adhesive strength of ABS resin. The concentration of rubber was suggested in the range of 16 -21 wt%. The addition of SAN composition with low molecular weight led to a decrease of the adhesive strength of ABS resin since the etching was deteriorated and the clinching the plastic matrix and metal layer became poor. Besides, the introduction of the heat resistance agent made an obvious decrease in the adhesive strength of ABS resin since the heat resistance agent could not be etched because of the high molecular weight and the rigidity of the macromolecular chains.
