摘  要:通过市场调查,先对聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的原料进行初步筛选;其次,在实验室采用刚果红法筛选出效果相对较好的热稳定剂复配原料品种(硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌与二月桂酸二丁基锡),再通过差示扫描量热法对复配后试样进行热稳定性分析,从而筛选出了对于PVC热稳定性效果相对较好的热稳定剂复配配比,最佳配比为硬脂酸钙与硬脂酸锌的质量比为7∶3。Through market research, the raw material for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) heat stabilizers was preliminary screened. By the Congo red method, three kinds of non-toxic stabilizer, calcium stearate, zinc stearate, dibutyhin dilaurate, were screened out for compounding new heat stabilizer. And its thermal stability in PVC was evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). By comparing and researching many experimental results, when mass ratio of calcium stearate and zinc stearate was 7:3, the effect of thermal stability of this compound stabilizer was reversely good in PVC.
