摘  要:结合国外某型风机所用联轴器中间管的技术要求,选用环氧/酸酐树脂体系为基体材料,玻璃纤维为增强材料,运用缠绕成型工艺方法制备风机联轴器复合材料中间管,并对其热稳定性、力学性能以及电绝缘性能进行测试。结果表明,复合材料中间管不仅具有优异的热稳定性与电绝缘性,而且满足风机工作扭转刚度要求及疲劳性能要求,可替代传统的合金钢中间管。Based on the technical requirements of foreign composite intermediate tube on wind power generator coupling, epoxy/anhydride resin system as matrix material and glass fiber as reinforced material were selected to manufacture glass fiber reinforced epoxy composite intermediate tube on wind power generator coupling by winding process method. The thermal stability, mechanical property and electrical insulation property were tested. Results showed that composite intermediate tube can replace the traditional steel intermediate tube, due to its fine thermal performance, outstanding electrical insulation property, excellent torsional stiffness property and fatigue property.
