摘 要:以碳酸二乙酯(DEC)和三甘醇(TEG)为原料,KOH/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,通过酯交换缩聚反应合成了成本低、性能优越的聚(碳酸三甘醇)酯二醇(PTEGCDL)。考察了反应条件对该过程的影响,得到了最优合成工艺条件。当催化剂的质量为TEG质量的0.5%时,先常压、150~160℃下反应3h,然后减压180℃下反应5h,可得目的产物PTEGCDL。对合成产物的结构进行了表征,并推测了可能的反应机理。The poly(triethylene glycol) carbonate diol (PTEGCDL) with low cost, excellent performance was prepared by transesterification polycondensation reaction using diethyl carbonate (DEC) and triethylene glycol (TEG) as raw materials, KOH/γ-Al2O3 as catalyst. The influence of reaction conditions on the process was investigated, the optimal synthesis technology conditions were obtained. The target product of PTEGCDL was obtained by first reaction for 3 h at 150-160 ℃ under normal pressure, then reaction for 5 h at 180 ℃ under reduced pressure when the catalyst mass is 0.5% of the TEG mass. The structure of the obtained product was characterized, and the possible reaction mechanism was explored.
