摘 要:小麦壳针孢叶枯菌(Mycosphaerella graminicola)是经济上最重要的小麦病原菌之一,它在研究中通常被用作Dothideales科的模式真菌。该菌的活体和死体营养双重特点决定了其侵染和致病机理的复杂性。至今,国外尤其是欧洲对该病菌的致病机理已做了较深入的研究,但国内的相关研究和报道很少。本研究从侵染过程观察、与病菌侵染有关的主要因子、毒素在侵染过程中的作用、致病相关基因的鉴定与功能分析、基因组及功能基因组学和侵染过程中植物的抗性反应六个方面归纳了该菌侵染和致病机制的最新研究进展,根据已有研究提出了相应的假想结构图,并指出了该领域未来的研究方向,为中国将来开展该菌致病机理及其与寄主互作机制研究提供参考和借鉴。Mycospbaerella graminicola is one of the most economically important pathogen of wheat, and normally used as a mode pathogen of Dotbideales. Its biotrophic and necrotrophic characters during the infection development determined the complexity of the infection and pathogenic mechanisms. So far, lots of studies on its pathogenic mechanisms have been reported in abroad, especially in Europe, but few in China. In this paper, the advances on the pathogen infection and pathogenic mechanisms were summarized from the six aspects of the observation of infection process, main factors related to the pathogen infection, the role of toxins, identification and functional analysis of pathogenic genes, genomics and functional genomics, and plant resistant reaction during the infection. Based on the previous studies, a relevant hypothetical diagram was pointed out and several future research directions in the area were suggested. These provided an orientation for the future studies on the pathogenic mechanism and host-pathogen interaction of M. graminlcola in China.
