摘　　要：报道一种早期关联测选甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育三系进而选育强优势杂交种的新方法。方法的要点是:通过测交和杂交获得不育、保持和恢复3种基础材料;对基本定型的保持系与恢复系进行双列杂交试验,测选优良成对系,进而确定优良保持系和恢复系;以保持效果和其他所需性状对保持材料进行第1轮筛选,以与恢复系的互作性能对保持系进行第2轮筛选;利用保持系与不育系为近等基因型(除育性外)关系,确定回交转育优良不育系,最终实现优良三系配套并选育强优势组合。将该方法用于油菜三系新组合选育,已育出07G-7、07G-11、07G-4等一批优质无蜡粉标记组合,在各级试验中表现突出,展现出良好的应用前景。This paper reports a new method of early association breeding Brassica napus cytoplasmic male sterility three-line and breeding heterosis hybrids. The key points of the methods is hybrids or test cross hybridization screening to obtain sterile, maintain and restore the three basic materials. To the basic shape maintainer and restorer, screened by the diallel cross experiments. Selected excellent paired lines, and to determine the good maintainer and restorer lines; to keep the effects and other material properties required to maintain the first round of screened, in order to restore the department＇s interaction with the performance of the maintenance department for the second round of screened; use and maintain the system as a near isogenic （other than fertility outside） relationship to determine the excellent education and backcross transfer CMS, the final three lines supporting the achievement of good breeding, and formulated a strong combination of advantages. New combination of the methods used for breeding, bred 07G-7, 07G-11, 07G-4 and a number of fine-quality waxless marker combinations, outstanding performance in different sites and levels of the test, showing a good prospect.
