摘  要:通过对传统切丝、30 mm异型切丝与40 mm异型切丝烟丝结构的研究,分析了不同切丝模式在不同加工环节下烟丝结构的变化以及不同切丝模式对卷烟质量的影响。结果表明:(1)在烘丝与贮丝环节,与传统切丝相比,40 mm异形切丝的整丝率和中丝率基本不变,而30 mm异形切丝的整丝率有所下降,中丝率有所上升;(2)在卷烟端部落丝量方面,与传统切丝和30 mm异形切丝相比,40 mm异形切丝的平均端部落丝量有所降低,且切出烟丝的卷烟端部落丝量的合格率较高;(3)与传统切丝相比,40 mm异形切丝的单支质量标准偏差降低了9%;在吸阻和圆周的控制上,40 mm和30 mm异形切丝的标准偏差也有所降低;总体看来40 mm异形切丝提升了卷烟物理质量的稳定性。Study on the cut tobacco structure of traditional cutting, 50 mm hxed-length cutting ano 4o mm fixed-length cutting, the changes of cut tobacco structure at the different sample points and the cigarette-making quality on different cutting mode were investigated. The results showed that: (1) comparing with traditional cutting, the whole cut rate and middle strands of 40 mm fixed-length cutting were unchanged, while the whole cut rate of 30 mm fixed-length cutting was decreased and middle strands was increased during the link of cut tobacco drying and cut-tobacco storage. (2)Comparing with traditional cutting and 30 mm fixed-length cutting, the average of loss of cigarette of 40 mm fixed-length cutting reduced to a certain degree. Moreover, the qualification rate of loss of tobacco from the ends was higher. (3)Comparing with traditional cutting, the standard deviation of individual cigarette weight of 40 mm fixed-length cutting reduced by 9%, and the standard deviations of draw resistance and circumference also reduced to a certain degree. Conclusively, 40 mm fixed-length cutting significantly increased the stability of physical quality of cigarette.
