摘　　要：目的探讨脑循环治疗仪对2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足患者的临床疗效。方法将48例患者随机分为两组，均给予控制血糖、改善脑供血等对症处理；治疗组联合脑循环治疗仪辅助治疗。结果治疗组总有效率达91．7％，明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗后两组患者脑血管血流速度均较治疗前增加，且治疗组改善显著（P〈0．01）。结论脑循环治疗仪治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足患者效果显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of cerebral circulation apparatus of diabetes with cerebral insufficiency.Methods All patients were randomLy divided into two groups：were given control of blood glucose,improve blood circulation treatment;treatment groups combined with Cerebral circulation therapy device.Results The total effective rate was 91.7%,significantly higher（P 〈 0.01）;All patients with blood flow velocity increase than before,and the treatment group improved significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）.Conclusion Cerebral circulation therapy device to treat diabetes with cerebrovascular insufficiency signifi- cant effect.
