加强消毒供应室工作实践体会

摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应室工作在医院感染控制中的作用和重要性。方法根据目前卫生部颁发的规范性文件和我院消毒供应室的现状进行分析，建立完善的规章制度，加强学习，不断提高供应室人员的素质，提高消毒灭菌的质量，强化工作人员预防医院感染的意识。结果目前全科室人员对于消毒供应室的建设力度和认知程度上都有了部分提高，消毒供应管理走向规范化、制度化，院内感染得到有效预防和控制。结论供应中心的工作质量与医院感染的发生密切相关．提高消毒供应中心的工作质量，才能更好地发挥其在院内感染控制中的作用，将医院感染控制在令人满意的程度，确保医疗安全。Objective To explore the disinfection and supply room in the role and the importance of hospital infection control. Methods according to the analysis of current status of normative documents issued by Ministry of health and the sterilization and supply room in our hospital ,establish and improve rules and regulations ,strengthen study ,improve the supply room staff quali- ty,improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization,to strengthen staff awareness of prevention of nosocomial infection.Results the total staff strength construction for sterilization and supply room and cognition degree has increased,supply management to standardization,institutionalization,nosocomial ：infection was the effective prevention and control.Conclusion infection quality and supply center and is closely related to the occurrence of hospital work,improve the quality of sterilization and supply center work,in order to better play its role in infection control in the hospital,the hospital infection control in the satisfactory degree, ensure medical safety.
