摘　　要：目的观察腰椎间盘突出症与足三阳经筋的关系。方法运用经筋手法和经筋火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症。结果与结论可以明显改善患者症状和疼痛，经筋手法结合经筋火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effects of lumbar disc herniation and three yang meridians of foot tendons relationship.Meth- ods to use the reinforcement technique and the reinforcement of fire needle therapy on prolapse of lumbar intervertebra] disc. Results patients can significantly improve the symptoms and pain.Conclusion the reinforcement technique combined with the reinforcement of fire needle therapy on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has good clinical curative effect.
