盐酸胺碘酮治疗顽固性室性心动过速68例的疗效与护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨顽固性室性心动过速采取静脉注射盐酸胺碘酮的护理方法及疗效。方法随机选择2012年10月至2013年4月入住医院的顽固性室性心动过速患者68例，对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并在准确了解患者病情的基础上给予患者静脉注射盐酸胺碘酮治疗，在治疗过程中给予患者针对性的护理措施，观察患者的临床治疗和护理效果。结果在静脉注射盐酸胺碘酮治疗过程中给予针对性的护理措施后，68例室性心动过速患者病情均得到有效控制，且其中64例患者由室性心动过速转为窦性心律，治疗期间较少发生不良反应。结论静脉注射盐酸胺碘酮治疗顽固性室性心动过速患者过程中，对患者进行有效护理，可以减轻患者不良情绪．降低不良反应，提高药物疗效，值得推广。Objective To investigate the intractable ventricular tachycardia Beckoning take specific treatment and nursing method and the curative effect of intravenous amiodarone.Methods 68 cases of intractable ventrieular randomLy selected in 2012 October to 2013 April in our hospital Heartbeat tachycardia patients as the research object,the clinical data of all patients were retro- spectively analyzed,and the accurate understanding of basic patient on the patients were given intravenous amiodarone therapy,pa- tients were given targeted nursing in the treatment of in the process ,observation of the clinical treatment and nursing effect. Results after intravenous injection of amiodarone in treatment process to give the pertinent nursing measures,68 cases of ven- tricular Heartbeat tachyeardia patients were effectively controlled,and 64 patients by ventricular Beckoning tachycardia to sinus rhythm,less adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion intravenous amiodarone in the treatment of intractable ventrieular tachycardia patients Beckoning process,effective nursing to patients,patients can reduce the bad mood,reduce adverse reactions, improve drug efficacy of,promote disease development has significant effect ,worthy of promotion.
