G4射波刀联合经皮肝穿刺胆道引流治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸34例的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨射波刀联合经皮肝穿刺胆道引流（PTCD）治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的护理。方法回顾性的分析34例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者在射波刀联合PTCD治疗后，在加强引流管及饮食等护理上的重要性。结果术后1周27例患者的黄疸明显减退，7例患者黄疸减退缓慢。结论射波刀联合PTCD治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的观察及护理极为重要。Objective Purpose Discuss the nursing care for patients with malignant obstructive jaundice treated by G4 Cyber Knife combining with percuteneous transhepatic cholangial drainage （PTCD）.Method For the patients who had malignant obstructive jaundice after having accepted Cyber Knife treatment combining with PTCD, here we review and analyze the significance of en- hancing nursing care on drainage and diet.Result One week after the treatment, 27 cases had the jaundice obviously abated and 7 cases abated slowly.Conclusion The observation and nurse on malignant obstructive jaundice treated by G4 Cyber Knife com- binin,, with PTCD are rather important.
