摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提升护士压疮评估准确性方面的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确立"提升护士压疮评估准确性"的主题,活动前调查护士压疮评估的准确率,在原因分析的基础上,制定对策并组织实施。结果实施品管圈活动后,护士压疮评估准确率明显优于活动前,圈能力得分明显高于活动前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);品管圈活动提升了护士的团队综合能力,并形成了一套压疮测量及评估的流程图及指导手册。结论品管圈活动有效提升了护士的压疮评估能力及综合素质。Objective To investigate the application effects of the quality control circle activities in improving the assessment accuracy of the pressure sores effect by nurses.Methods Established Quality Control Circle（QCC） team with the theme of ＂improve nurses pressure sore assessment accuracy＂,and the accuracy of pressure sore assessment was investigated before the test,and the countermeasures formulation and implementation were based on the factor analysis.Results Nurse＇s pressure sore assessment accuracy rate was significantly improved and the scores of circle ability were also higher before the test,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The QCC improved the nurse＇s spirit of team-work and formed a set of flow chart and guidelines for pressure sores assessment accuracy.Conclusion The quality control circle activities effectively improved nurse＇s pressure sore assessment accuracy.
