摘 要:为缓解我国电力系统因燃煤发电所导致的高污染排放现状,本文就区域间燃煤发电互换问题进行了深入的研究,发现通过燃煤机组发电互换可以有效地降低燃煤发电的污染排放。在此基础上,基于燃煤发电机组的基本情况、电力需求情况,从节约煤炭量、提高发电效益、提高环境效益三方面着手,构建了区域间发电互换交易节煤量、发电效益增值以及发电污染物减少量效益计算模型,分析了发电互换所带来的整体效益。算例分析显示该模型可以有效的降低区域整体发电排放,增加发电买卖双方的经济效益和环境效益,具备较好的应用价值。In order to alleviate high pollution emissions status of power system which caused by thermal power, this paper did a deep study on inter-regional thermal power generation interchangeable issue, which can effectively reduce pollution emissions. On this basis, this paper built an inter-regional Coal-fired Power Generation Interchangeable Benefit Analysis Model to reduce the amount of pollutants, through analyzing benefits associated with the interchangeable generation from coal-saving and power generation, and environmental benefits which based on the basic of thermal generating units and power demand statue. Example analysis shows that the model can effectively reduce the overall emissions from electricity generation, increasing the economic and environmental benefits of the generation of buyers and sellers, and thus has good applicable value.
