摘　　要：工业园建设是近年来国际发展的主流,也是我国磷化工产业发展的新模式。介绍了国内外化工园区建设的现状及环境保护的经验、启示,并对创建贵州绿色生态瓮安—福泉千亿级工业园提出了对策及建议。Industrial park establishment is mainstream development around the world in recent years,and also a new pattern in the development of China's phosphorus chemical industry. It is introduced that the current status of chemical industrial park establishments at home and aboard,as well as experiences and lessons learned about environmental protection,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of Guizhou's green Weng'an-Fuquan hundred billion industrial park.
