摘 要:目的:确定丹参注射液的主要活性成分,研究丹参注射液主要有效成分和生物活性之间的关系,为其质量标准的提高提供实验数据。方法:采用外标法测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛、丹参素钠、迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B的含量。采用家兔体外血小板聚集实验对不同厂家多个批次的丹参注射液进行活性测定。结果:不同厂家生产的丹参注射液中主要物质的含量及生物活性的差异较大。丹参注射液的生物活性主要与丹参素钠、原儿茶醛及迷迭香酸的含量呈正相关,丹参注射液中丹参素钠的含量对其生物活性的高低起主要作用。结论:丹参注射液的主要活性成分包含丹参素钠、原儿茶醛及迷迭香酸。Objective:To identify the main active components of Danshen injection, and find out the relationship between active ingredients and biological activity as well so as to provide experimental data for improvement of the quality standard. Methods: An external standard method was used to determine the contents of salvia sodium, pro- tocatechuiealdehyde, rosmarinic acid and salvianolie acid B. The biological activities of different batches of Danshen injection were measured by rabbit platelet aggregation test. Results: There were big differences in major material contents and biological activity of Danshen injection from different manufacturers. The biological activity of Danshen injection was positively correlated to the contents of salvia sodium, protoeateehuicaldehyde and rosmarinic acid. The content of salvia sodium played a major role of the biological activity of Danshen injection. Conclusion: The main active ingredients of Danshen injection include salvia sodium,protocatechuicaldehyde and rosmarinic acid.
