摘  要:目的:建立快速、准确的UPLC—MS/MS方法测定人头发中残留的海洛因、冰毒、摇头丸、苯环己哌啶、美沙酮、可尤因、氯胺酮等10种毒品。方法:头发样品经清洗、剪碎。甲醇-乙腈-2mmol·L^-1甲酸铵溶液(25:25:50),超声提取,5种同位素内标物,采用ZorbaxECLIPSEPlusC18(2.1mm×50mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,0.1%甲酸乙腈-0.1%甲酸水为流动相,流速0.35mL·min^-1梯度洗脱,质谱采用ESI+离子源,MRM监测模式,检测6一乙酰基吗啡、吗啡、可待因、甲基安非他明、亚甲二氧基甲基苯丙胺、亚甲二氧基乙基苯丙胺、亚甲二氧基苯丙胺、苯环己哌啶、美沙酮、苯甲酰爱康宁、可卡因、去甲可卡因、古柯乙烯、去甲氯胺桐、氯胺酮、6-乙酰基吗啡,16种化合物的定量离子对和定性离子对。结果:16种化合物在2-1000ng·mL^-1浓度范围内线性良好,日间和日内精密度RSD均小于14.6%,回收率在83.3%~110%。结论:本方法可用于吸毒者头发中残留的10种毒品代谢物的含量测定。Objective:To develop a rapid and accurate method for the determination of 10 drugs resided in human hair by UPLC - MS/MS, whith were heroine,ice, ecstasy, pcp, metadone, cocaine, ketamine, et al. Method: Hair sam- ples were decontaminated and cut,followed by ultrasonic extraction with a solution consisted of methanol :acetonitrile: 2 mmol·L^-1 ammonium formate solution (25: 25: 50). Using 5 kinds of isotope standard as the internal standard, the samples were separated on a Zorbax ECLIPSE Plus Cl8 (2. 1 mm × 50 mm, 1.8 μm)column,eluted at the flow rate of 0. 35 mL ·min^-1 by 0. 1% formic acid - acetonitrile and 0. 1% formic acid - water. MS instrument equipped with ESI+ ion source and MRM mode was used to detect the quantitative and qualitative ion pairs of 16 compounds,whith were 6 - acetylmorphine, morphine, codeine, methamphetamine, amphetamine, MDMA, MDA, phencyclidine, metha- done,benzoylecgonine, cocaine, norcocaine, cocaethylene, norkeamine, ketamine, 6 - acetylmorphine - D6. Results: The 16 compounds showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 2 - 1000 ng·mL^-1, RSD of the intra - and inter- day precision was less than 14. 6% ,and the recovery was in the range of 83.3% -110%. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the quantitative determination of the metabolites of 10 drugs in the hair of drug abusers.
