摘 要:为了实现电励磁同步电机无位置传感器控制,提出基于高频注入电流的同步电机转子位置检测方法。通过注入高频励磁电流,采集耦合在定子上具有转子位置信息的高频电压信号,经过滤波及坐标变换提取有效信息,采用锁相环(phase-locked loop,PLL)算法最终锁定转子位置。针对晶闸管系统换相时刻因定子端电压畸变严重难以有效提取高频信号的问题,提出基于电压预估的转子位置检测方法。在换相时采用预估电压作为锁相环的给定,克服定子电压畸变对锁相环路工作的干扰,提高转子位置检测的精度,并增加锁相环工作的稳定性。仿真和实验结果验证了算法的有效性。To control the electrical excitation synchronous motor without position sensors, a high-frequency current injection based detection method is proposed for positioning the synchronous motor rotor. By injecting a high-frequency excitation current, high-frequency voltage signals carrying rotor position information on the stator are collected. Effective information is obtained after filtering and coordinate transformation, and thereby the rotor position is located using the PLL algorithm. Due to the serious distortion of the stator voltage at the time of thyristor commutation, to extract the high frequency signal is difficult. Aiming at this problem, the rotor position detection method based on voltage prediction is proposed. In this method, using the prediction voltage as the input value for PLL, the interference to the PLL that results from the serious distortion of the stator voltage is overcome. Meanwhile, the precision of rotor position detection as well as the stability of PLL is improved. Experimental and the simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
