摘 要:针对绕组开路式永磁电机发电系统蓄电池电流控制困难的问题,研究了一种适用于混合动力电动汽车的绕组开路式混合励磁电机发电系统,并提出相应的蓄电池电流控制策略。通过采用绕组开路式电机结构,减少了发电系统有功功率回路中全控器件的数量。根据推导所得蓄电池电流与励磁电流的线性关系,将蓄电池电流环输出量作为励磁电流给定值,调节励磁电流,控制发电机输出功率,从而实现控制蓄电池电流的目的,克服了绕组开路永磁电机发电系统中蓄电池电流控制困难的缺点。该文分析了系统发电调压原理,给出了通过调节励磁电流控制蓄电池电流的控制策略。仿真和实验结果表明,该系统具有控制蓄电池电流的功能,为实现混合动力电动汽车电驱动系统中蓄电池与发电机之间功率协调控制创造条件。In view of the regulation difficulty of the battery current in the open-winding permanent magnetic generator system, this paper studied a novel open-winding hybrid excitation generator system for the electric drive system of a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Compared with the original generation system of the electric drive system, it reduced the number of the full controlled devices. To control the battery current, it adjusted the power of the hybrid excitation generator by the excitation current, which overcame the disadvantage of the open-winding PM generator system. The voltage regulation principle of the novel generation system was analyzed. A new control algorithm for the regulation of the battery current by the excitation current was developed. And it was verified that the system achieved the control of the battery current by the simulation and experiment results. This function created conditions for achieving the coordinated control of the generator power and the battery power in a HEV.
