摘 要:绝缘介质表面流注发展是沿面闪络中重要的物理过程,研究介质表面流注发展特性有助于揭示绝缘介质和流注放电之间的作用关系,加深对沿面闪络机制的认识。利用光电倍增管测量了绝缘介质表面的流注发展特性,其中被测绝缘介质是由两种厚度为5 mm的绝缘介质层层相叠组成的。通过改变被测试品中两种绝缘介质的体积,可以定量的估计绝缘介质的介电常数(容性)和表面性能对沿面流注发展特性的影响。试验中,测量了尼龙和聚四氟乙烯、复合绝缘材料和聚四氟乙烯两种组合试品的表面流注稳定传播电场和传播速度,发现绝缘介质表面性能对流注发展的影响很大。此外,3种绝缘介质中复合绝缘材料的表面性能最不利于流注的传播。The streamer propagation along the insulation surface is a significant physical process during the surface flashover. The results of the research on the topic will not only contribute to the understanding of interaction between surface and streamer discharge processe, but also contribute to the understanding of the mechanism of surface flashover. In the paper, the characteristic of streamer propagation along the insulation surface was measured through photomultipliers. The measured insulation material consisted of two different materials with the thickness of 5 mm piled on top of each other. The effect of the dielectric constant (the capacitive effect) and the surface properties on the characteristic of streamer propagation along the insulation surface were obtained by varying the ratio of two material volumes. The streamer propagation velocity and electric field for streamer stable propagation along two combinations of nylon and PTFE, silicone rubber and PTFE were measured, respectively. It indicated that the surface properties of insulation have a big effect on streamer propagation. Furthermore, surface properties of silicone rubber are most unfavorable to streamer propagation in the three insulation materials.
