摘  要:目的:观察糖酵解途径相关酶磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在卵巢中的表达情况。方法:收集人卵巢标本13例,用免疫组织化学方法检测PFK和LDH蛋白在卵巢组织中的表达,并对其在卵泡的不同细胞类型之间以及在各级卵泡间的表达进行比较。结果:PFK和LDH在卵巢各级卵泡的卵母细胞和颗粒细胞上均有表达。原始卵泡和初级卵泡中颗粒细胞上PFK和LDH表达量均高于卵母细胞。原始卵泡中卵母细胞和颗粒细胞上PFK和LDH的表达均明显高于初级卵泡。窦卵泡中颗粒细胞PFK和LDH的表达量高于原始卵泡和初级卵泡。结论:卵泡中颗粒细胞PFK和LDH的表达高于卵母细胞;颗粒细胞上PFK和LDH在初级卵泡表达较弱,在窦卵泡表达最强。这一结果可能与卵母细胞-颗粒细胞双向调控有关。Objective: To observe the expressions of phosphofructokinase (PFK) and lactatedehydrogenase (LDH) associated with glyeolytie pathway in human ovary. Methods: Thirteen human ovary samples were collected, immunohistoehemieal method was used to detect the expressions of PFK and LDH, the differences of their expressions were compared among different cellular types and different follicular grades. Results: Positive expressions of PFK and LDH were observed in ooeytes and granulosa cells in human ovary. The expression levels of PFK and LDH in granulosa cells were higher than those in ooeytes in primordial follicles and primary follicles, and their expression levels in oocytes and granulosa cells of primordial follicles were higher than those in primary follicles. The expression levels of PFK and LDH in granulosa cells of antral follicles were higher than those in primordial follicles and primary follicles. Conclusion: The expression levels of PFK and LDH in granulosa cells were higher than those in ooeytes. PFK and LDH were highly expressed in the granulosa ceils in antral follicles, and they lowly expressed in primary follicles, which was related with oocyte -granulosa cell regulatory loop.
