摘　　要：目的:探讨超声多普勒测量胎儿腹内段脐静脉(FIUV)内径(D)、横截面积(A)、平均血流速度(Vmean)、平均血流量(Qmean)等参数指标对评估胎儿生长受限(FGR)的临床价值。方法:应用多普勒超声检测58例正常妊娠和49例超声诊断为FGR的FIUV各参数指标。结果:中孕期FGR组FIUV-D、FIUV-A与正常妊娠组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FGR组FIUV-Vmean、FIUV-Qmean与正常妊娠组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。晚孕期FGR组FIUV-D、FIUV-A、FIUV-Vmean、FIUV-Qmean与正常妊娠组相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中孕期检测FIUV-D、FIUV-A,晚孕期检测FIUV各项参数指标对评估FGR有临床价值。Objective： To explore the clinical values of fetal intraabdominal umbilical vein （FIUV） including diameter （ D）, cross sectional area （A）, mean velocity （Vmean）, mean blood flow volume （Qmean） in evaluating fetal growth restriction （FGR） . Methods： The parameters of 58 normal pregnant cases and 49 cases diagnosed as FGR were detected with Doppler ultrasound. Results： In the second trimester group, there were signigicant differences in FIUV - D and FIUV - A between FGR group and normal pregnancy group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, but there was no statistically significant difference in FIUV - Vmean and FIUV - Qmean between FGR group and normal pregnancy group （P 〉0. 05） ; in the third trimester group, there were signigicant differences in FIUV - D, FIUV - A, FIUV - Vmean, and FIUV - Qmean between FGR group and normal pregnancy group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Detecting FIUV - D, FIUV - A during the second trimester group and detecting all the indexes during the third trimester group have clinical values in evaluating FGR.
